Airbnb Data Research Simple Tool
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a very simple tool to free up my time that i spend reserching airbnb markets. The way i do it:
I perform an incognito search, i select im flexible, then i see whats available. i click on each listing and then look at the calendar of availability. if its showing many future bookings then thats a good sign, then i look at the reviews and see how far back they go, if showing consistent reviews (a few days ago, last week 2 weeks ago etc, without extreme gaps in the reviews, then that tells me it has been getting booked alot.
I repeat that process for all the other properties also making note of if they are shared rooms, 2 bedroom, studios, etc. i do this so much to check and do research for the area, that by the time i do one area im ready for a nap. its very draining.
I need somoen who HAS EXPERIENCE with this and can develop a simple tool to save me time. All the research will need logged in a database so that i can easily access it later.
