Action Figure Sales/Licensing Partnership Search (help me find comics, movies influencers, celebrities & more who hold ownership of their likeness)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
As a company specializing in the creation of action figures based on popular characters from movies and TV shows (as well as local celebrities, musicians, indie comics, etc.), I'm looking for a skilled and experienced individual who can help me identify potential partnerships with character owners, celebrities, or licensors. I need to explore options to collaborate with them in selling these action figures.

- Target Age Group: Adults (19 years and above)
- Target Market: Casual Fans
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in the licensing and product sourcing industry, particularly in the toy/action figure market
- Strong network of contacts and relationships within the entertainment industry, including celebrities and licensors
- Proven track record of negotiating and establishing successful partnerships
- Understanding of the casual fan market and how to effectively target this demographic
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
I'm looking for someone who can not only identify potential opportunities but also initiate and manage the partnership process. This individual should be able to articulate the value proposition of our action figures and secure the necessary agreements to bring these products to the market. A proactive and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of licensing and the entertainment industry will be highly valued.
I will not be able to pay the licensors a licensing fee upfront. Instead, I will be fronting the cost to produce the action figures of the characters/personas, and will handle the actual production of the figures and shipping/logistics to the end customers. In the end, the licensor & I split the profit 50/50. I can create a minimum of 25 units per 1 character. I will need the licensor's help to market the product to their fanbase.
