Project Description
I am looking for a freelancer to conduct an online survey among Indian residents to validate demand for a new digital assistant service that simplifies Aadhaar/NID updates, PAN corrections, and civil registration processes (birth/marriage/death certificates, family registration, etc.).
Survey Scope
Target Audience: Individual end-users only (not agents, not government officials).
Location (must cover mix of these cities):
Bangalore
Pune
Mumbai
Delhi NCR
Hyderabad
Chennai
Sample Size: 100–125 completed, authentic responses.
Survey Format: Google Form / Typeform (questions will be provided).
Screening Requirement
Respondents must have applied for OR updated at least one of the following in the last 2 years:
Aadhaar (update/correction)
PAN card (update/correction)
NID correction (Name/DOB/Address)
Birth/Marriage certificate
Family registration
(Respondents who answer “No” to the screener will be disqualified.)
Survey Topics (already prepared)
How they applied (online, service center, agent).
Challenges faced in the process.
Perceived value of an auto-fill + error-checking service.
Willingness to pay and expected price range.
Desired features (document checklist, reminders, status tracking, etc.).
Deliverables
At least 100 valid responses from the listed cities.
Summary of respondent demographics (age group, city, application type).
Completion within 1 week of project award.
Ideal Freelancer Profile
Experience with market research or survey distribution in India.
Ability to reach authentic respondents in Tier-1 cities.
Must ensure no bots, no duplicates, only genuine participants.
Bonus if familiar with Aadhaar/NID/government service processes.
