Art Sales Specialist Needed for High-Value Collection
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Art Sales Specialist to manage and sell a private collection of significant artworks, including pieces by master artists and emerging Ecuadorian talent.
About the Collection
The collection consists of approximately 12 pieces and includes:
Master Lithographs & Prints: Authentic pieces by globally recognized artists, such as Pablo Picasso, Salvador Dalí, Francisco Goya, and others.
Original Paintings & Mixed Media: A dedicated selection of works by prominent Ecuadorian Artists and other international painters.
Mediums: Primarily Lithographs, Serigraphs, and Oil/Acrylic on Canvas.
Your Role & Responsibilities
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to target high-net-worth individuals, galleries, and private collectors.
Client Management: Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with potential buyers globally and locally.
Valuation & Pricing: Work with us to understand the market value and establish competitive pricing for each piece.
Online/Offline Presentation: Manage the professional listing and presentation of the artwork on various platforms (online marketplaces, social media, direct communication).
Logistics: Coordinate secure packaging, shipping, and insurance for all sold pieces.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in selling high-value fine art (paintings, lithographs, limited-edition prints).
Art Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the secondary art market, particularly for 20th-century masters and Latin American art is a significant PLUS.
Professional Network: A pre-existing network of art collectors, dealers, or gallery contacts is highly desirable.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and Spanish is a strong asset).
Integrity: Absolute discretion, professionalism, and integrity are essential.
