Small Motorboat Design for Fishing

I'm seeking a skilled boat designer to create a small motorboat of 4.9 meters long, 1.9 meters wide.
Key requirements:
- Hull deisgn should be optimized for interior and coastal waters, class C, medium waves. a deadrise angle of 12degrees and be optimized for outboard up to 90HP.
- Deisgn will be for outboard
- Ensure easy maneuverability in various water conditions
- Material used for build : Aluminium
Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in marine design, particularly for fishing boats
- Knowledge of motor specifications and requirements
- Strong understanding of stability and safety in small vessels
