Recreational Motorboat Design Needed
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I am looking to hire an experienced Naval Architect or Yacht Designer for a new boat-building project.
The project involves the complete design of a 16-to-18-foot "chined-hull" powerboat.
The key requirement is that the design must be specifically engineered for mould-less, using CNC-cut foam-core sandwich panels.
Deliverables Required:
3D Model: A viewable 3D model (e.g., 3D PDF or .SKP) for design review.
CNC Cut Files: A complete set of 2D files (.DXF or .DWG) for all foam panels, "nested" onto 8x4ft (2440x1220mm) sheets and ready for the CNC router.
Full Engineering Report: This is non-negotiable. I require a formal PDF report that includes:
Hydrostatic analysis (displacement, draft, capacity).
A full GZ stability curve and report.
A powering prediction estimate for common engine sizes.
