Pontoon Design with Single beam girder Hoist

We Nafal Contracting and Trading Company LLC is an excellent grade contractor in Oman. Currently got the maintenance contract job with Sohar industrial port management to maintain the Marine assets like fenders, bollards and mooring hooks, etc.
We are planning to construct a pontoon for fender maintenance. We request your assistance to make the design and stability analysis of the pontoon
The maximum size of the fender to be repaired/replaced / spare parts replacement is 3700 mm height x 1800mm wide x 180mm thick. The total weight offender is 15 tons.
Monorail crane will be fitted into “A” frame as mentioned in the hand sketch and “A” frame will be rigidly welded in the Pontoon.
The maximum size of the pontoon drawing is attached for your reference and the actual site photos are attached for your reference.
The height of the frame is to accommodate the fender height i.e 3.8m and the Monorail “I” beam web height, and the hoist height.
We have attached a catalog of the lifting hoist we intended to purchase for your reference
