Plastic Boat Anchor Design

I need a small, plastic anchor designed for securing a float. The anchor should be effective in sandy, rocky, and saltwater conditions.
Key requirements:
- Design should be lightweight and portable
- Durable plastic material

- Approximately 18" in total length
- 3.5" gap between the stirrup and foot mount
- foot mount 4" wide and 3" in the center
- drainage holes long the main body of the anchor
