House boat inspection

I'm looking for a qualified professional to conduct an in-depth pre-purchase inspection of my house boat. The inspection should focus on the engine/mechanical system, but should also examine all other components and features. In addition, I require a highly detailed report with accompanying images and explanations of any potential issues. All safety items and structural integrity should be included in the report.
