ABS Code Review and Qualification for Seagoing Vessel

Project Overview:
We are working on the design and analysis of a Seagoing Vessel and are looking for an expert to review our existing design, validate our approach, and guide us as per the latest American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) Rules.
What We Need:
An experienced mechanical/structural engineer who can:
Review our current mechanical design & FEA approach
Ensure compliance with ABS Rules for Pressure Vessels / Marine Pressure Vessels
Provide guidance on material selection, load cases, corrosion allowances, weld considerations, fatigue, etc.
Recommend corrections or improvements wherever required
Support us until the design package is fully validated as per ABS standards
(Optional but preferred) Experience with marine environments, seawater systems, offshore structures, or classification society approvals (ABS / DNV / LR)
Deliverables:
Annotated review of our design and calculations
Feedback on compliance gaps
Guidance on ABS-specific requirements
Final approval note confirming design readiness
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of ABS Rules (Pressure Vessels / Marine Vessel Components)
Mechanical Design, Strength Analysis, Pressure Vessel Design
FEA (ANSYS / SolidWorks Simulation / similar)
Marine engineering or offshore engineering background is a plus
