I need a contract recruiter

Looking for a recruiter with at least 5 years of full lifecycle experience, including candidate sourcing
Must have manufacturing and skilled trades hiring experience
Able to work Monday-Friday 40 hours/week - EST time zone (we are based in OH)
Savvy with ATS systems and has access to their own paid LinkedIn Recruiter seat
Can work remote from anywhere in the U.S.
