I need a hands-on quality-control inspector who can visit our electronics factory in Ho Chi Minh City once a week. Each visit is straightforward: carry out a keen visual inspection and run basic functional tests on the finished boards before they’re packed. No formal compliance auditing is required right now—just solid eyes, steady hands, and sound judgement while you’re on the line.
We communicate in simple English on site; the supervisors already understand key terms like “pass,” “rework,” “scratch,” and common component names. If you happen to speak Chinese that’s a nice bonus, but it isn’t necessary.
A typical visit flows like this: sample the day’s batch (ANSI/ASQ level II or a similar method you’re comfortable with), power up each unit on the jig, confirm the firmware loads, note any cosmetic defects, photograph issues, and clear quantities for packing. Once you’re done, send me a concise one-page report—photos included—within 24 hours.
Deliverables each week
• On-site visual inspection and functional test of the assigned lot
• 8–12 clear photos documenting any defects or process concerns
• One-page summary report (PDF or Word) delivered within 24 h of visit
