VSM lean manufacturing

Dear all,
i want somone to do the following:
1- Watch a youtube video of a manufacturing process . (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XwKJxOFor3U)
2. draw the process flow diagram.
3. Estimate the cycle time for each procees.( based on video)
4.Make a logical assumption for the operation hours, break times, inventory then Determine the production capacity;
a. Capacity per hour
b. Capacity per day
5. Develop a complete current VSM (hand-sketch / digital sketch)
6. Estimate customer demand based on result of no 4
7. Determine PLT and PT.
Note: all calculation must be shown in seperate pages
Submission must be before 31 June
