Stainless Steel Kitchenware Manufacturer / Fabricator

Job ID: 40363229

Budget: $30 – $250 CAD

I have a detailed drawing for a new piece of kitchenware and need a skilled stainless-steel fabricator to turn it into a working prototype, then price a short production run of roughly 20 – 40 units.

Material & finish
The part must be made from food-grade 18/8 or 18/10 stainless (essentially 304) to ensure non-stick cooking performance and high-heat resistance. I want a mirror-polished finish straight off your fabrication line so the surface is presentation-ready with no additional treatment required.

Intended use
Because this item will contact food and be exposed to stovetop temperatures and flames from wood fire, your process must respect kitchenware safety standards. If you already work with cookware or restaurant equipment, please highlight that experience.

What I need from you
• One fully finished prototype that matches my drawing and tolerances - I need to know available material thickness in order to finalize the drawings
• A clear per-unit and total quote for 20, 30 and 40 pieces, including polishing and any tooling you expect
• Typical lead times for the prototype and for the follow-on batch
• Notes on fabrication methods you recommend—laser cutting, CNC machining, TIG welding, etc.—so I understand how you’ll achieve the required polish and dimensional accuracy

I can supply the drawing in whichever file format you prefer (DXF, STEP, PDF). Once I approve the prototype, we can lock in the batch schedule.
