Sourcing Luxury Furniture Factory Partnership “China” (Project Manager)

We are a wholesale furniture company that is currently on the hunt for a furniture factory or workshop within China, that is capable of forging a long-term partnership with us, to manufacture an array of high-end and mid-range furniture pieces; including chairs, sofas, tables, beds, dressers, cabinets and uniquely designed pieces, incorporating mechanical mechanisms, electrical, bluetooth stereo, lighting, and various other components. We need a good location that is fully equipped, accessible, and offers a lot of skilled laborers/manpower with impeccable craftsmanship (we can also bring in our own workers as well). Our company has an already established supplier network within China, in which we will provide the factory partner with all raw materials and supplies, while the factory can just focus on producing good quality high-end furniture products. We aim to redefine comfort and luxury by creating a diverse collection of top tier high-end luxury furniture products that spans of various styles and functionalities, utilizing top quality manufacturing standards.
What I need:
-A factory partner that can produce furniture across different level qualities: high-end luxury, mid-range, and even more budget-friendly options.
-A factory partner who values creativity, innovation, and has or can recruit the technical expertise to incorporate complex components into elegant designs.
Ideal skills and experience of the factory:
-Proven track record in manufacturing high-quality furniture.
-Experience in creating furniture that includes mechanical mechanisms, electrical, and lighting components would be a significant advantage.
-Ability to work collaboratively to realize custom and unique furniture designs.
-Strong communication skills to ensure smooth and transparent project management.
-Must be based in or able to operate significantly within China.
