Saw list and material list

I work at a machine shop and need a cloud based way to track material that needs sawed and also a way to track material that is required for each part number that we make. The saw list needs to have the part number, purchase order number, material type, dimensions, length, quantity, if the material is currently in stock and if not then who the material will be coming from. I want to keep a tablet next to our saw so the person doing the work can have all the information, but they can also check a box that will delete it from that list. I also need a material list that is linked to the saw list so that when information is input into the saw list certain information is automatically sent to the material list. The purpose of this is so the next time we need to make the same part, we already know what material we need to order and how it needs to be processed. Google sheets would work well since it has an app that can be used on a tablet and is cloud based.
