Saudi Manufacturing Project Streamlining
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m launching a new manufacturing project in Saudi Arabia and need an experienced project lead / industrial specialist to streamline and jointly execute project groundwork. The plant will run both continuous and batch manufacturing lines, so every recommendation must be tailored to this hybrid setup.
Scope of work
• Map each stage of the project, highlighting material flow, official and government needs, and project success requirements..
• Identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven improvements that streamline and execute the project activities from start point to launch.
• Develop the project challenges from all aspect and draft proposals and activities to overcome them economically and timely.
• Produce a realistic implementation timeline that sequences official requirements, partnership needs, formation details, project aspects..
Deliverables
1. Detailed process map and execution analysis.
2. Improvement plan with KPIs, expected gains, and risk-mitigation steps.
3. Participant in discussions and negotiations
4. Gantt-style rollout schedule in Excel or MS Project.
I’m looking for someone who has hands-on experience in manufacturing startups, preferably within the GCC, and can demonstrate past success optimizing similar facilities. Fluency in Lean or Six Sigma methods is a plus.
