Real-Time Manufacturing Dashboard

I am seeking a professional who can create a manufacturing dashboard for me. The primary purpose of this dashboard will be real-time monitoring of production output. We use assemble lines so all data would be entered manually or data dumped.
Key Features:
- The dashboard must be able to track the production rate. Capacity Vs actual and would like it to show how we produced against are capacity for efficiencies. I have multiple lines and would like to show if they are running and the total headcount in each line.
Ideal Candidate:
- You should have extensive experience in dashboard development, preferably for manufacturing.
- Proficiency in real-time data processing and visualization is a must.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and metrics will be a significant advantage.
