Rancang Proses Daur Ulang Plastik

Job ID: 40177897

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I have steady access to industrial-grade plastic scrap and I want to convert it into new items through a heat-and-remolding route (pemanasan dan pencetakan ulang). What I need is a clear, technically sound process I can put straight into practice in a small-to-medium facility.

The scope covers everything from incoming material preparation to finished parts. That means identifying the best cleaning, shredding, extrusion or injection-molding steps, sizing each machine, laying out the line for efficient flow, and flagging any emissions or safety controls required for industrial-scale operations. If you have suggestions on which specific polymers or product families are most profitable for this method, include them.

Deliverables
• A process-flow diagram with mass-balance calculations
• An equipment list (preferred brands/models or performance specs) and an approximate CAPEX/OPEX breakdown
• Basic mold or tooling concepts ready for a CAD technician to detail
• Draft standard operating procedures and quality-control checkpoints

Proficiency with extrusion, injection molding, SolidWorks or similar CAD packages, and familiarity with Indonesian environmental regulations will be advantageous. Show me examples of comparable recycling or polymer-processing work you’ve completed so I can gauge fit quickly.
