Job Description
We are building a hardware product that automatically expands a protective roof for small commercial vehicles during rain. The product is designed for local manufacturing and scalable production in Bangladesh with future export potential.
We are looking for a serious investor or business partner who wants to invest directly into product development, prototype improvement, manufacturing setup and market launch.

Product selling price per unit will generate significant profit margin after production cost. Estimated gross margin per unit is around 20 to 40 percent depending on scale.
Profit Distribution Example
If net profit after tax and operational cost is generated, profit will be distributed based on agreed ownership percentage. Standard proposal is 50 percent for investor and 50 percent for project owner, or equity based on total investment amount.
We prefer direct collaboration without intermediaries. Local investor from Bangladesh is welcome. International investor is also welcome for long term expansion.
