Partially-Automated EV Assembly Proposal
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a comprehensive, factory-ready proposal for a new electric-vehicle assembly line that I can hand straight to our external consultant. The study must cover the complete EV build—from incoming chassis and battery modules through painting, final trim, end-of-line test and dispatch—while deliberately striking the right balance between human workstations and smart automation.
• Map the entire production flow
• Define each station’s equipment, manpower and automation level, showing why a robot, a fixture or a manual cell is chosen.
• Provide line-layout drawings (2D CAD is fine) and a concise bill of process equipment, including battery-module handling, chassis marriage, paint booths and curing ovens.
• Quantify capital cost, operating cost, space requirement and projected efficiency gains for every automated cell.
• Highlight safety, maintenance and scalability considerations in line with ISO 26262 and IEC 61508 best practice.
• Wrap the findings in a presentation deck (PowerPoint or Google Slides) that our consultant can walk through with senior management.
