Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I have already secured a premises and am now ready to turn it into a fully-functioning PVC edgeband production facility. What I need is expert guidance from someone who has been through this exact journey before—someone who understands the edgeband market, its machinery, and the subtleties of running a consistent, high-quality extrusion line.
The core of the assignment revolves around three pillars:
• Machinery setup & procurement – selecting the right extruders, mixers, dies, calibrators, printers, chillers, and downstream handling equipment, then mapping a realistic cap-ex, vendor shortlist, and installation schedule.
• Quality control processes – establishing in-line measurement, colour-matching protocols, thickness‐tolerance checks, lab testing routines, and the documentation that underpins ISO-style audits.
• Production planning & workflow – designing the plant layout, calculating throughput vs. shift structure, defining material handling routes, and drafting SOPs that keep waste low and changeovers quick.
I am looking for someone with extensive, hands-on experience in PVC edgeband manufacturing who can translate that know-how into a step-by-step implementation plan for my specific site. Deliverables I expect are:
– Detailed equipment specification sheet with at least three vetted suppliers for each major machine
– 2D/3D layout of the line, utilities, and auxiliary areas
– Written QC manual covering incoming raw material, in-process, and final inspection
– Production flow chart with cycle times, manpower plan, and suggested KPIs
– On-site or remote training session outline for my future team
