Onboard China ODM/PCBA Vendor
Budget: ₹150,000 – ₹250,000 INR
I’m ready to move an industrial-grade controller board from 50K units to 500K Units production and need a China-based ODM and PCBA house that can step in, refine the current design, and run the line at scale.
The board already works in the field, yet a few component swaps and layout tweaks are required for smoother manufacturability and lower cost. Once those engineering changes are locked, I want to transition straight into volume builds without handing the project off to yet another shop, so I’m looking for a single partner that covers everything from engineering updates through surface-mount, wave solder, functional test, and final pack-out.
What matters most to me is seamless communication, transparency on component sourcing, and proven experience with industrial-equipment standards—temperature, vibration, and long lifecycle parts are key. If you regularly work with Altium or KiCad files, can generate a thorough DFM/DFA report, and have in-house testing (ICT or flying-probe) you’re already ahead.
Deliverables (project milestones)
• Updated schematics, BOM, and Gerber set reflecting my requested modifications
• DFM/DFA feedback with recommended cost-down or risk-reduction actions
• Pilot build (≈50 pcs) plus full test results
• Final quotation and ramp-up plan for mass production, including lead-times and QC checkpoints
I’m happy to provide the current CAD files, firmware, and performance specs under NDA. Let’s discuss how you can take this board from revised design to thousands of units in the field, all under one roof in China.
