Needle with a snap hook type eye

I want a needle with a needle eye similar to a snap hook lock of a key chain.(image attached for reference.)
The needle will be used for piercing cotton fiber mattress.
The needle should not exceed 3.5mm in diameter.
The needle should be made such that when it is inserted in a mattress or a fabric it shouldn't get stuck on the thread or the thread should not get stuck in the sanp hook lock.
The needle should look similar to the hand draw image that is attached.
The snap hook lock is demanded because of threading purpose.
The thread will be inserted by pushing it in the snap hook lock.
The snap hook lock should be strong or the spring used inside the eye(snap hook lock) should be powerful/strong to resist the fabric piercing.
Local freelancer will be prefered.
