Motorcycle Tire Factory Setup Expert
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am in the early stages of establishing a full-scale factory dedicated to producing motorcycle tyres and inner tubes. My immediate priority is to partner with an engineer whose strongest suit is machine expertise, specifically the ability to plan, organise and continuously optimise the manufacturing processes from rubber compound preparation right through to final curing, inspection and packaging.
If you have previously run, commissioned or expanded tyre or tube production lines, I want to draw on that hands-on knowledge to:
• map the entire process flow and specify each critical machine
• oversee installation, calibration and ramp-up so the line hits target throughput and scrap-rate goals
• set up the daily manufacturing controls, maintenance routines and quality checkpoints that keep output consistent and cost-effective
Complementary strengths in technology integration and market-oriented thinking are a plus, yet proven experience managing factory-level machinery is non-negotiable.
