Manufacturing User Manual Writer

Job ID: 39715000

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I need a clear, professionally written user manual for a manufacturing-sector product. The final document should guide factory operators and maintenance staff through safe setup, daily use, troubleshooting and routine servicing, using concise language that suits a technical but non-engineering audience.

Please base the structure on standard manufacturing-equipment manuals—introduction, safety warnings, parts identification, step-by-step procedures, maintenance schedule and an appendix for technical specs. Diagrams or callouts may be supplied by my team; just note where each visual should appear. The finished file must be delivered in editable Word format so we can localise it later.

You’ll be responsible for:
• Organising any raw engineering notes I provide into a logical flow
• Writing original, accurate content (no AI paraphrasing or plagiarism)
• Following ISO-compliant safety terminology and metric units throughout
• Performing one revision round after my review

Experience writing technical documentation for manufacturing equipment is essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Word styles, Track Changes and basic illustration placeholders will make collaboration smoother. If this matches your background, let’s discuss timelines and get started.
