Manufacturing Operations Manager Needed
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I run a growing manufacturing firm and need an operations expert who can own our day-to-day activity while continuously sharpening it. Your main focus will be production planning and inventory management—mapping current workflows, removing bottlenecks, and tweaking schedules or stock levels in ways that shorten lead times and free up cash.
You will also be the single contact point for our raw-materials suppliers, equipment suppliers, and logistics providers. Negotiating terms, tracking performance, and securing on-time deliveries all sit alongside building the data trail that shows exactly where minutes or margin are slipping away.
Each week I track throughput, yield, OTIF, and cost per unit; I need concise dashboards and executive-ready summaries that make our progress unmistakable. Close collaboration with sales, finance, and marketing is expected so demand forecasts, budget targets, and promotional pushes stay perfectly aligned with production capacity.
Success looks like this:
• Every run meets schedule, quality spec, and cost target.
• Inventory turns rise without increasing stock-out risk.
• Vendor scorecards trend upward on delivery time and price discipline.
• Process changes are documented, rolled out smoothly, and reflected in the KPI dashboard.
