Manufacturer Needed for a Prototype for Sterile Urine-Collection Nappy (Medical/Hygiene Product) -- 2
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 AUD
I am seeking an experienced manufacturer to PRODUCE a PROTOTYPE for a sterile disposable nappy designed specifically for urine collection (not standard absorbent diapers). NOTE THAT: The design has already been CREATED, I just need a company to manufacture / make the PROTOTYPE. The product will be used for clinical or diagnostic purposes, so sterility, material safety, and quality control are critical.
Project Scope:
* Manufacture a disposable nappy suitable for urine collection
* Must be made from medical-grade, skin-safe materials
* Product must be sterile and individually packaged
* Designed to collect urine without contamination (minimal absorption or integrated collection mechanism preferred)
* Suitable for use on adults and children (please specify capabilities)
Requirements:
* Proven experience in medical devices, hygiene products, or disposable medical consumables
* Ability to meet sterility standards (TGA or ISO)
* Capability for prototyping, testing, and scalable manufacturing
* Willingness to sign an NDA
