I need a complete hardware development based on provided schematics. The project includes:

- PCB Design
- Creating Gerber files for JLCPCB

Requirements:
- Through-hole electronic components
- Primary function as an LED driver
- Target operating voltage of 12V, 5V mixed

- Experience with Gerber file generation
