Industrial Automation electronics automation project engineer

Job ID: 40470305

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I want to streamline the way product moves through our plant by automating the material-handling section of our manufacturing line. The project covers everything from analysing the current conveyor and transfer layout to selecting the right sensors, drives, and PLC hardware, then writing and testing the control code, tying it into an HMI/SCADA layer, and commissioning the finished system on the floor.

You’ll be expected to deliver all electrical and control schematics, well-commented PLC- and HMI programs, a complete bill of materials, and clear installation and maintenance documentation. Start-up support—remote or on-site—continues until the line meets the agreed performance target of a minimum 15 % reduction in cycle time without compromising safety. All work must comply with relevant IEC/ISO safety standards and leave the system service-friendly for our in-house technicians.

Hands-on experience with industrial automation platforms such as Siemens or Allen-Bradley, VFD tuning, and industrial networking (Profinet or EtherNet/IP) is critical. If you have tackled vision-guided pick-and-place or automated storage systems, that will be a strong advantage.

When you respond, please outline similar material-handling projects you have completed, specify your preferred hardware platform, and provide an estimated timeline for design, build, and commissioning.
