Freelance Consultant -Supply Chain Manager Thailand.

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demands while minimizing excess stock.
Collaborate with suppliers and negotiate favourable terms and agreements.
Evaluate and select new suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
Oversee logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs.
Analyse supply chain data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in all supply chain activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and sales, to align supply chain activities with organizational goals.
Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team, providing guidance, support, and mentoring.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
