We are a growing footwear company seeking a highly skilled Freelance Footwear Sole Specialist to collaborate with our design and development team.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop outsole and midsole structures for performance and lifestyle footwear.
Provide technical consultation on sole construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Recommend suitable materials such as EVA, Rubber, TPU, Phylon, and other advanced compounds.
Improve comfort, durability, traction, and overall shoe performance.
Work closely with designers and factories to ensure production feasibility.
Review prototypes and suggest technical improvements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in footwear sole development.
Strong knowledge of sole technologies and material engineering.
Experience working with footwear brands or manufacturers.
Ability to deliver technical drawings, specifications, and guidance remotely.
Strong communication skills in English.
