- Regularly travel to and work on-site at various factory locations to monitor and optimize production processes.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency while being hands-on to resolve issues as they arise.
- Ensure that all manufacturing practices align with our company's standards and goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in procurement and factory management, particularly in a consulting capacity.
- Ability to commit to a full-time or at least 50% on-site presence in the factories.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of resolving issues promptly and ensuring that production aligns with company objectives.
- Excellent communication and execution skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
