ERP System Traceability Enhancement Expert

I operate within the vast realm of manufacturing, running a medium-scale production operation. My project requires an individual with extensive experience in implementing and improving both physical and through-ERP-system traceability of raw materials, packaging, semi- and finished products.

The ideal candidate for this project should be able to:

- Offer expert advice on best practices for implementing full physical traceability
- Demonstrate experience in improving ERP system operations
- Have a comprehensible understanding of tracking and managing raw materials, packaging, and semi/finished products

The objective is to optimize our current operations, ensuring efficient traceability and ultimately enhancing product quality. Your expertise will guide us in reducing waste and inefficiencies. Any past experience in challenges as
- Large storage tanks, silos, etc which store more than one batch of raw material
- Usage of same transfer belts/pipework for different raw materials
- Rework of raw materials or semi-products (where these might need to be separated to different raw materials)
- Limited storage facilities,
would be favourable.
