What I expect
You will map our existing workflows, configure the relevant SCM and production features, build the quality checkpoints we specify, and integrate everything so engineering, shop-floor and customer-facing teams share a single source of truth. Seamless hand-off from Sales orders to the factory line is critical.
Key deliverables
• Functional design and configuration inside Dynamics 365 for SCM, scheduling and QC
• Data migration scripts and testing scenarios drawn from our current ERP
• Role-based dashboards and Power BI reports that highlight quality metrics
• Knowledge-transfer sessions for both super-users and operators
• Post-go-live support until KPIs show sustained improvement in defect rate
