Double-Layer PCB Gerber Generation
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need to take an existing schematic for an industrial-grade board and turn it into fabrication-ready files. The design mixes SMD and through-hole parts, and it must stay within a double-layer stack-up.
You’ll handle footprint assignment, component placement, routing, silkscreen, and all standard checks, then export a clean RS-274X Gerber set along with the NC drill file. I can provide the schematic in KiCad 7; Altium or Eagle are also fine as long as the final Gerbers import without error at JLCPCB. Typical constraints are 6 / 6 mil trace-to-space, 0.3 mm vias, and a board outline no larger than 200 × 150 mm.
Deliverables
• Complete Gerber files, mask, paste, silkscreen, and drill
• Source project files
• BOM generated from the design
