Custom Silver Necklace Production

I need a reliable manufacturing partner to produce a line of necklaces in silver. The primary focus is quality-controlled fabrication—consistent alloy composition, clean casting or stamping, precise assembly, and a polished finish ready for retail packaging.

At this stage I already have design files and dimensions; what I’m missing is the production capacity to turn those designs into tangible pieces. If your workshop can handle silver work—from melting and mold creation through to final polishing and quality checks—I’d like to hear more about your process, lead-times, and minimum order quantities.

While necklaces are the main requirement, I’m open to exploring related formats such as chokers, pendants, or straightforward chains as the line develops, so flexibility would be appreciated. Please outline:
• Your previous experience with sterling or fine silver manufacturing
• The equipment and techniques you use (lost-wax casting, CNC milling, hand-finishing, electro-plating, etc.)
