This project centres on building a full Glass Reinforced Concrete production facility that keeps capital and running costs under tight control. The scope runs end-to-end: designing an efficient line layout, sourcing every critical raw material, and specifying plus installing the machinery that turns those materials into finished GRC elements.
What I expect:
• A practical production-line layout and process-flow diagram that shows how we move from batching through spraying, curing, trimming and packing.
• A vetted supplier list for cement, alkali-resistant glass fibre, polymers, admixtures and ancillary consumables, including approximate lead times and minimum order quantities.
• An equipment schedule detailing spec, capacity, energy requirements and footprint for mixers, spray stations, mould handling, curing racks and finishing tools, along with an installation and commissioning roadmap.
Success will be measured by how clearly the plan minimises waste, labour hours and upfront spend while protecting product quality and safety.
