Consumer Electronics Diagnostic PCB

I’m building a compact diagnostic tool for battery and need a production-ready PCB to bring the project to life. Because I’m still weighing single-, double- or multi-layer construction, I’m relying on your expertise to propose the most efficient stack-up once you’ve seen the schematic and performance goals.
The board must accommodate power regulation, signal capture, and a USB-C interface while staying small enough for a handheld enclosure. I’ll provide a full instruction as working prototype in my hand and preferred parts list; you’ll translate that into clean, manufacturable design data that any mainstream fab (JLCPCB, PCBWay, etc.) can run without extra tweaks.
Deliverables
• Editable design files in KiCad
• Gerbers, drill files, pick-and-place data, and full BOM
• DRC/ERC-clean layout with clear fabrication notes
• Ready PCB design for manufacturing
