Complete Sage X3 Manufacturing Setup

We are already midway through our Sage X3 rollout; finance and inventory are stable, but the Manufacturing module still needs expert attention. I specifically need help finishing production planning, quality control, and shop-floor management so we can move confidently to go-live.
The core installation, master data, and basic parameter settings are in place. Your task is to review the current configuration, close any gaps, and fine-tune the routing, BOM logic, work centres, MRP rules, and QC checkpoints. Once everything is aligned, I’ll need you to walk my supervisors through the new workflows and confirm that transactions post cleanly from work order creation to finished-goods receipt.
Deliverables
• Fully configured Manufacturing module covering production planning, QC, and shop-floor flows
• End-to-end testing with sample demand, ensuring MRP suggestions and QC postings behave as expected
• A concise, recorded knowledge-transfer session plus step-by-step documentation of the customised screens and workflows
Acceptance is met when production orders can be created, released, tracked, and closed without errors, and quality results feed back into inventory accurately. I’ll give you VPN access to our cloud sandbox and the current functional spec on day one so you can get started right away.
