Casual Wear Production Manager

I’m preparing to roll out a new line of casual cotton apparel and need an experienced production manager to steer the entire manufacturing process from sampling through shipment. The tech packs, patterns, and grading are complete; what I lack is someone who can translate those finished designs into consistent, high-quality bulk runs.

Your role will start with factory sourcing—ideally suppliers that specialise in cotton knits and can handle low-to-mid MOQs while still scaling quickly when demand grows. From there, I’ll rely on you to negotiate pricing, organise sample iterations, implement quality control checkpoints, and keep the timeline and budget on track. Familiarity with compliance and testing for international markets is a plus since I’ll be distributing in both the US and EU.

To make expectations crystal clear, these are the core deliverables I need:
• A vetted shortlist of factories with cost, capacity, and lead-time comparisons
• An approved pre-production sample that exactly matches my tech pack specs
• A locked production schedule, including QC milestones and actionable reports
• Final shipment arranged with all documentation ready for freight forwarders
