I’m ready to move my abaya line from sketches to finished garments and I need a reliable sourcing partner to make that happen. Your primary focus will be finding the right mills and factories, negotiating on my behalf, and making sure every sample and bulk run looks and feels exactly as I’ve specified.
LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS WORKED IN ABAYA PRODUCTION BEFORE WITH PREVIOUS PROJECTS BEING ABAYA SPECIFIC.
The collection uses satin, linen, jacquard, and nidha, so you’ll need established contacts who can supply those fabrics in small test lots and larger production volumes. Each style incorporates both embroidery and printed patterns, so please be comfortable coordinating specialist workshops or integrated factories that can handle those details under one roof.
Here is what success looks like for me:
• At least three vetted factory options with proven abaya experience and clear MOQ, lead-time, and cost breakdowns
• Fabric swatches sourced in my chosen fibers and colours, shipped to me for approval
• Tech pack hand-off to the selected factory, followed by a pre-production sample that matches fit, embroidery placement, and print quality exactly
• Transparent progress updates (photos, videos, QC reports) throughout production until finished pieces are ready for export
