Industrial Engineer for NPI Production Setup

Need support from an experienced Manufacturing / Industrial Engineer for an NPI production setup project involving cable harness assembly and box build assembly.

Scope of work:

* Define tooling required for cable harness line and box build line
* Create floor layout for both production lines
* Develop PFMEA, process flow, and process map
* Line balancing and operator allocation
* Work instructions with quality checks
* Basic production planning support

Project details:

* High mix assembly environment
* Cable harness includes wire cut/strip/marking, crimping, ferrules, routing, and inspection
* Box build includes component installation, wire routing, soldering, torque operations, testing, QC, and packing
* Around 8 similar assemblies with shared processes
* BOMs, drawings, reference files, and estimated annual volumes will be provided

Looking for someone with:

* Manufacturing engineering / industrial engineering experience
* Experience in cable harness and electromechanical assembly
* Knowledge of PFMEA and production flow development
* AutoCAD / Visio / layout creation experience preferred
* Ability to recommend practical tooling and workstation setup
