redesign the mother board of a robot to make it have computer vision

I have a robotic lawn mower made in China. There is one main board inside, and there is an ARM processor on the main board. I believe the processor is not for computer vision. I like to modify the mower to have computer vision capability. Thus I need someone to replace the ARM processor with a fit processor, and to redesign the board. If you have experience and feel that you can do it, you may apply this project. More detailed info will be provided later.
