I need a mechanical engineer to design and build me a pair of noise cancelling headphones

I am looking for a mechanical engineer who can design and build me a pair of noise cancelling headphones. My budget for this project is more than $500. I am specifically looking for headphones with Active Noise Cancellation technology. In addition, I would like the headphones to have wireless connectivity. Comfort-focused design would also be a plus. Ideal skills for this job include mechanical engineering, experience with noise cancelling technology, and knowledge of wireless connectivity. Also I'm looking to get the headphones sold to customers if you can make me a website would be great and market the headphones??.
