I need a designer to help designing a range of quality wooden toys for assembly by persons with disabilties.
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
I am a small startup company in Australia that is looking to set up a business to support persons with disabilities when they leave school. I have a 16 year old son with autism and want to provide meaningful work for him and his peers.
Since 1985 - 2010 I have had businesses ranging from automotive seating manufacture to auditorium seating in which I was heavily involved in the design. I am looking for someone to assist with coming up with a simple range of products that are designed with ease of assembly but classy and strong enough to be sold anywhere in the world. I do have a fairly clear vison of what the products are. I have a product already to prototype stage that has been developed with a design company locally but need to have a more agile approach now as i want to get a range together fairly quickly.
