Winch design for Lights

The task is to develop and design a Winch. The winch would move a light element, such as an LED sphere, up and down in one axis. You are to design and draw a — theoretically — functioning Winch, adhering to the known mechanical design best practices (Design for Assembly, Design for Servicing..).
