Tube cutter-

I wish to make cuts at about 60 degrees - 1mm length each side of a plastic tubing. Length of tubing variable (1-3 ft) but could also consider a reel.

Cuts should not meet but be deep enough so that if pulled on the tube breaks.
Tubing material is shrink wrap for wire
