Resolve STEP/DXF File Errors for Metal Sign

Hi,

I need urgent help fixing a CAD file for production of a folded metal sign.

The supplier’s software rejects the file with Error 3007. According to the supplier, the model is not built correctly for manufacturing. The folded edges appear to be made like a solid frame, instead of real folded edges. The corners are also not correct, and the bends seem to be missing proper inner and outer radius.

What I need:

Fix the STEP/CAD model so it can be used for production.
The sign must be built with real folded edges, not a solid rim/frame.
Corners must be corrected for manufacturing.
All bends need proper inner and outer radius.
Clean/export a correct production-ready file.
Ideally also provide DXF if needed by the supplier.
