I am looking for a skilled CAD designer with experience in injection molding to refine my existing design of a five-part slide viewer. The primary goal is to improve its manufacturability for injection molding by addressing key aspects such as adjusting draft angles for easier mold release, optimizing material flow in molds, and minimizing potential defects like warping or sink marks.

The material of choice for this design includes ABS plastic and polycarbonate, so your expertise in working with these materials and their specific manufacturing considerations is essential. Additionally, the design requires updates to material thickness and tolerances to achieve moderate precision for functional, yet easy assembly. Connection points also need redesigning to ensure all parts fit seamlessly when assembled.
